Spacious and bright newly renovated home with high-end design that gives a feeling of luxury and relaxation with preserved Spanish architectural details.
The living space is 90 m² and perfectly accommodates up to 6 guests, but can fit up to 8 people
Here you will find everything you need such as;
3 fully equipped kitchen – large main kitchen with your own bodega, summer kitchen in the lounge and an outdoor kitchen
2 spacious private terraces for outdoor dining, barbecue, social gatherings and sunbathing
2 cozy social areas – living room with a smart TV/chromecast and a lounge
3 bedrooms with highly comfortables beds and air conditioning
2 bathrooms with shower and washing machine
The large terrace (40 m²) invites you to many wonderful moments together with family and friends. Here you can gather for barbecue, al fresco or paella around the dining table for up to 8 people.
Or why not serve sangria and tapas in the outdoor kitchen and mingle on the terraces and lounge. All together there are three different seating areas.
In the spring of 2026, a pergola will be built over the dining table to provide shade when desired.

The view of the sea and mountains is fantastic – here you can enjoy many beautiful sunrises and sunsets. There will be a large seating area here.
As in almost all traditional houses in the city, you are welcomed into the heart of the home when you enter the house, namely the kitchen with a large dining area.
On the 1st floor you will also find beach chairs and beach umbrellas to borrow, as well as a cooler, plastic plates and glasses for the beach. There’s even a shopping trolley ready for your visits to the local markets.
For your peace of mind, the house is also equipped with a fire extinguisher, fire blanket and smoke alarm.
The lounge kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay — including a two portable hotplates, juice press and a coffee machine with cups ready for your morning brew.
In the display cabinet, you’ll find a selection of Spanish drinks — please feel free to enjoy a glass! We just ask that you kindly replace what you use so the next guests can enjoy the same treat.
The lounge can also function as an extra bedroom, with a sofa bed (120 cm) that can be made into an extra bed for 1-2 guests. For best comfort there is an air conditioner for both cooling and heating.
Outside the lounge there is an outdoor kitchen with a generous work surface and serving area. Perfect to gather around!
For cooking, there is of course a mobile gas grill and large wok pan that is perfect for traditional Spanish paella.
The Master Suite, located on the second floor next to the bathroom, offers a peaceful and comfortable retreat. It features a 160 cm bed, air conditioning for both cooling and heating, and a spacious closet for your belongings. A smoke alarm is also installed for your safety.
All windows and wooden shutters in the house are custom-made to match the home’s original Spanish design. When closed, they create a wonderfully dark and quiet atmosphere, perfect for a restful night’s sleep.
Located on the first floor, just beside the bathroom, the Spanish bedroom offers a cozy and relaxing space with a comfortable double bed (160 cm).
For your comfort, it’s equipped with air conditioning for both cooling and heating, as well as a wardrobe for your belongings. A smoke alarm is also installed for your peace of mind — everything you need for a safe and restful night’s sleep.
On the second floor, beside the living room, you’ll find the yellow bedroom — the only one with twin beds, which can easily be joined together to create a comfortable double bed if you prefer.
The room includes a chest of drawers and hangers behind the door, providing plenty of space for your belongings. For your comfort, there’s air conditioning for both cooling and heating, and a smoke alarm for your peace of mind.
On the second floor you will be greeted by a living room with a smart TV and built-in chromecast. Books and board games are also available.
You can also find a portable speaker in the living room, which can be taken out to the terrace.
Casa Angustias Moderna features two fresh and modern bathrooms – one on the first floor and another on the second floor. Both are equipped with showers, offering comfort and convenience for everyone.
The 2nd floor bathroom also includes a washing machine and a hair dryer.

In this house you also get a unique experience in the form of a bodega where you can serve your guests or family tapas and sangria.
